Crave Brothers Farm is a state of the art dairy facility located in Waterloo, Wisconsin, USA. The farm is equipped with two anaerobic digestors that generate electricity, and a milk processing facility that supplies milk to the on-farm cheese factory - "Crave Brothers Farmstead Classic". |

The herd consists of 1100 milking head plus 900 replacements. They are purebred Holsteins including 90 head that are EX, VG & GP.

They crop 1800 acres of land with corn, soybeans, and alfalfa. |

The Crave Brothers tend to make decisions by comparing what is best for the environment, cows and the consumer. They are eager to try new ideas and study the potential of new projects, always remembering the bottom line. |

The four brothers divide up the tasks on the farm quite evenly: Charles prepares the bookkeeping and performs feeding, Thomas looks after the machinery and cropping. Mark is the manager of the dairy herd, young stock and milk quality, while George looks after the cheese factory. Two of the brothers wives, Debbie and Beth, operate the administration, marketing and public relations within the cheese factory. |

The younger generation works on weekends and in the summer, while caring for and preparing show cattle. The farm also boasts several dedicated employees. |

The philosophy of the family is education. It has helped get them where they are today, and they are constantly striving to learn more.
