Insulated Curtain
|
Mor-R Insulated Curtain
Mor-R
Insulated Curtains are
fabricated using seven layers of non-quilted fabric.

The
outer layer is an UV stable, 9.5 oz white vinyl followed
with a 4.5 oz vapour barrier, 5 layers of non-woven insulating
material, a second 4.5 oz polyethylene interior. Estimated
R=3.0 insulation value. Available in a range of widths
to suit all your applications. Dig

VIP Panel
|
Faromor VIP Panel
Faromor manufactures an Insulated Wall Panel (VIP) that is used in those applications when heat loss and freezing concerns outweigh the benefits of natural light. This could be the case in areas of extreme winter temperature and/or applications where the operator wishes to maintain warmer interior temperatures.
These conditions can promote condensation & associated icing that can be objectionable or adversely affect panel operation.
Should natural light still be desired these panels can be equipped with fixed thermal windows. Operating hardware and guide system is the same as used with the Solar and Clear-Vu products. Dig

PolyEx 64 Panel
|
Faromor PolyEx 64 Panel
Faromor manufactures an Insulated
Wall Panel with an extremely high
thermal resistance. Although similar to our VIP panel Poly-Ex
64 is fabricated
from a hollow extruded polyethylene that is than injected
with polyurethane foam. The panel is extremely strong, durable
and different height panels are possible by inter-locking
of the individual insulated planks.
Poly-Ex
64 employs
the same operating hardware as all other Faromor panel products.
Should natural light still be desired these panels can also
be fitted with fixed thermal windows. Dig

Faromor FRP Chimney
|
Faromor
FRP Chimney
Swine producers increasingly embrace
the Faromor
FRP Chimney as a superior ridge exhaust aperture.
Higher air exit velocity of the chimney is achieved with
less ridge opening resulting in a more equal exchange
throughout the structure and elimination of down-drafts and
precipitation.
In colder geographical regions (Canada & the
Northeast USA ) the Faromor
FRP Chimney is a good choice for optimal environmental control. Dig

Power Systems
|
Power
Faromor philosophy
is to design low energy consuming ventilation systems using
nature to its fullest. However, we sometimes need to give
nature a boost and fan powered components are utilized.
An
exhaust module added to the Faromor chimney
or inclusion of circulation or Tunnel
Fans for improved mixing or forced
convective cooling are examples.

Automation
Systems
|
Automation
Automation involves the application of current-day computer technology to control
the ventilation, cooling and heating functions to ensure an optimum environment
for each production purpose.
Extensive experience gained over many
years in the agriculture sector permits the Faromor staff
to identify those parameters which warrant control and the application of
appropriate products to do the job.
