Prior to Solar/Clear-Vu
Panels hundreds of Tie Stall barns were equipped
with Faromor Tilt
Vents.
They offered the same benefits and the clear, see-thru vents
became most popular. The slight obstruction of the operating
hardware in the feed alleys and desire for continuous unobstructed
sidewall openings encouraged the gradual substitution of
the vertical movement panel.
Where this is not possible
for whatever reason the Tilt

Faromor manufactures
an Insulated
Wall Panel (VIP) that is sometimes used
in the dairy sector when heat loss & freezing concerns
outweigh the benefits of natural light.
This could be the
case for Tie Stalls in
areas of extreme winter temperature and/or applications
where the operator wishes to maintain warmer temperatures
such as “warm” calf housing.
Should natural light still
be desired these panels can be equipped with fixed thermal
